yes, it's true. One suspicious package found in a phone-box at the end of my street and another just blocks away from my work caused my bus to be diverted and almost resulted in my being late for work. but then i guess things could have been worse...

As the new year ticked over and party poppers exploded around us, someone jokingly remarked that there was a protestant attack in the pub. A few weak laughs. We tried to stuff more Guiness glasses into Kevin's jacket but an ashtray fell out of his pants, smashing on the floor.
